Rooted in years of classroom experience, Priyali' s journey behind Kriyaa began with a simple yet powerful belief—that every child deserves to learn in their own way at their own pace. They approach learning through curiosity, exploration, and meaningful experiences. This vision inspired the creation of Kriyaa – Learning by Doing, where education goes beyond textbooks to nurture confident, capable learners. As a Special Educator, Psychologist, Certified Jolly Trainer, Curriculum Developer, School Leader, and a proud mother, Priyali blends educational expertise with deep empathy for both children and teachers. Today, she continues to lead Kriyaa with a commitment to designing thoughtful learning solutions that make classrooms more inclusive, engaging, and joyful.

An alumnus of the Education Leaders’ Programme at IIM Calcutta (2024-25) and gold medalist from the University of Hyderabad, Ditipriya Chattopadhyay, brings over 16 years of rich, cross-functional experience across India’s K–12 education landscape. Her expertise spans business development, academic publishing, curriculum design, EdTech product management and school leadership. At Kriyaa, Ditipriya leads growth, patrnerships and cross-functional collaboration. Ditipriya will focus on expanding Kriyaa's presence and engagement in terms of partnerships with institutions supporting experiential learning, NGOs and government bodies. She will also nurture academic collaborations, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate sustainable business growth.

Guided by a deep-rooted passion for the foundation years, Aashima brings over twelve years of thoughtful expertise to our creative collective. A specialist in the art of learner-centered design, she has a natural gift for translating complex educational goals into clear, engaging experiences that spark curiosity. Aashima’s journey through the world of global curricula—from IB to IEYC—is marked by a constant pursuit of clarity, ensuring that every framework she builds is as practical for the teacher as it is meaningful for the child. At Kriyaa, Aashima is focusing her expertise on the research and development of clever new manipulatives, toys, games, and other learning materials designed to nurture little learners’ growing minds. By blending systematic curriculum mapping with a genuine understanding of classroom life, she crafts seamless workflows and well-organized resources that simply work. With a focus on quality and a heart for student impact, Aashima is helping us refine the way children learn, bringing a fresh sense of balance and innovation to our mission.

Kavisha is committed to building efficient systems that enable teams to thrive. Her structured approach and people-first mindset contribute to creating a strong operational foundation for Kriyaa's continued growth.

With a strong understanding of the complete creative process—from concept development and visual storytelling to execution and production—they combine creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful design solutions. Constantly exploring new technologies and AI-powered creative tools, they believe in pushing the boundaries of design while staying focused on purpose and usability. At Kriyaa, they lead creative design initiatives, shaping the brand's visual identity and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, engaging, and learner-centric experiences. An entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience spanning corporate and consulting environments. Her career began with reputed organizations like Jindal, GE Money, and ASF Infrastructure, where built a strong foundation in strategic HR, talent management, and organizational development. Driven by a vision to simplify and humanize HR for growing businesses, founded PassionWorkx in 2018. What started as a virtual HR consulting initiative has evolved into a trusted partner for startups, SMEs, and enterprises, offering end-to-end HR solutions—from recruitment and compliance to leadership development and culture building. At Kriyaa, I focus on building a strong, people-first culture while aligning the team with our vision of making learning fun and engaging for young minds. I work towards creating structured processes and a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. Being a part of Kriyaa allows me to contribute to a purpose-driven journey of making education more enjoyable and meaningful for children.

Komal Gupta

HR Head

I am currently working as an Accounts Executive, managing end-to-end accounting operations including sales orders, tax invoicing, dispatch accounting, and MIS reporting. My role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management in informed decision-making. I handle financial accounting tasks such as maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. I am responsible for preparing invoices and receipts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting payroll processing and statutory requirements. I have hands-on experience with ERP systems including SAP, B1 BETA, ODOO, and Far vision, which has helped me streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes. Previously, I worked as a Billing Executive where I managed ledger entries, billing, and receipts, along with AP/AR functions and automated invoicing through Farvision ERP. My key contribution lies in maintaining accurate financial records, reducing errors, and ensuring timely reporting. I contribute to improving operational efficiency and provide reliable financial insights that support business growth and compliance.

After successfully running his own solar startup, Abhay transitioned his passion for impactful solutions into the education sector, beginning his career as a dedicated teacher. Currently, as an Academic Excellence Executive (STEM & Maths), Abhay is a driving force behind designing and implementing innovative educational tools. His work is dedicated to making education more accessible, engaging, and effective for all students, contributing significantly to a better learning environment. His prior roles include Program Manager at HEART2MIND, where he scaled the School Enrichment Program, and at STEMplify, where he spearheaded a nationwide STEM learning platform across 260+ schools, significantly boosting operational efficiency. Abhay's expertise in program leadership, strategic planning, content creation, and stakeholder engagement consistently translates vision into measurable educational outcomes.
